Kabobs on the Grill

Jeff got a wild hair and made us kabobs on the grill!  I'm so glad he did. It's just a fun way to eat dinner. Aren't they so pretty?  I have to find some tips on grilling these faster, they always seem to take forever!! I wonder if next time I should pre-cook - or at least pre-soften the veggies. That might do the trick :D
